Your Role:
We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales/Account Management to help us meet our restaurants acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our partner sales team potential, crafting sales plans and fostering Smunch growth.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead restaurant sales team to meet our sales targets
  • Build and expand our food partners (restaurant and caterer) base across all operating cities
  • Create sales strategy, content, and sales targets 
  • Work closely with account management ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial 
  • Work closely with the logistics and distribution to improve overall operations, increase in utilisation and gross margin for our food partners
  • Work directly with management to build vision, strategic projects and successful long - term partnerships
  • Drive innovation and automation in all related processes
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of high performers 
  • Manage KPIs, targets, partner portfolio and growth targets 
  • Work closely with marketing, tech and growth teams to foster overall growth plans of Smunch

Your profile:

  • You are passionate about good food! 
  • You have at least 3 years proven experience in sales leadership roles
  • 5+ years of work experience in sales and account management is a must
  • Experience in food industry (hospitality sales/ / food delivery operations) is a huge plus. 
  • An entrepreneurial DNA - from ideation to execution 
  • An analytical - creative - results oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills - fluency in English & German required
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, lead and execute independently
