As a Head of Sales you will drive sales strategies for new frontier marketing, scaling one of the key businesses of Zalando Marketing Services, i.e. Collabary.  Collabary’s mission as an influencer marketing platform is to connect brands with matching content creators that drive brand’s marketing messages authentically to their followers. You will shape Collabary’s vision further and lead our international expansion. Building, developing and growing your Sales team and acting as a point of contact for our key clients.

  • Lead and develop our international Sales team. Support & foster talent, drive integration and collaboration across teams and be a true role model
  • Create strategies and concepts related to the sales activities and grow our client base, enable your team and be responsible for selling and promoting our innovative audience advertising solutions
  • Steer the Sales business by monitoring all financial metrics. Optimize processes with regard to efficiency and quality and monitor success by defining suitable KPIs.
  • Play an important part in shaping and developing Collabary with your professional marketing experience and ever evolving market knowledge in the dynamic field of influencer marketing 



  • Passionate Sales Leader with 8+ years experience and proven track record of scaling and building businesses, ideally on advertiser side or SaaS environment
  • Managed and lead teams in the past with the ability to grow and coach your team members with the aim to shape influencer marketing
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify challenges and find innovative solutions in order to strengthen our product offerings 
  • Strong business acumen and execution skills with a focus on bringing impact to the business by harnessing your entrepreneurial/ start-up sensibilities
