Overview

The Director Account Management is responsible for the Account Management of Fintech clients in the German payments industry. The role strongly focused on solution design, digital development, business case design as well as customer negotiations and implementation. Furthermore, the development of customer relationships, the regional business development strategy as well as the long term customer development is key element of the role. The role is strongly connected to the country management team.

Role

  • Driving solution design, sales and product expertise in highly competitive, fast changing environment
  • Business Development pipeline development and execution. Management of customers as well as internal stakeholders to successfully design, build and implement customer solutions
  • Manage customer profitability and share of wallet of mastercard solutions
  • Becoming the trusted technological supplier and build strong customer relationships
  • Manage complex future service pipeline and customized solutions to all stakeholders
  • Background in technology / e-/m-Commerce favorable
  • Direct reporting line to country management team
  • Location: Munich / Frankfurt

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
