Business Development Manager

A leading manufacturer of connectors is seeking a Business Development Manager to actively support the automotive market within the German market. Focus on automotive customers, identification and development of existing and new projects is your main task.

Your role includes also close collaboration with the marketing team and the HQ in Japan.


  • Sales experience
  • Technical degree
  • Perfect German and fluent English
  • very good presentation, organizational and communication skills


  • Interface between automotive customers and factory
  • Customer visits & trainings
  • Benchmarking and Market Analysis
  • Project coordination
  • Reporting

We are looking for a motivated sales person, technically affine. We can train you on our products. The position is based in Nürnberg.
