Mission of the Role

  • Deliver sales and profit   targets of the Segment in the country, by managing the P&L with wisdom and by leading a Sales (dedicated; hybrid and KA) + Marketing (junior marketer and store manager) team
  • Develop and leverage the market potential
  • Develop the sales team through continuous coaching

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets , EBIT
  • Localize and sell the Total Wellness solution through partnership and customization of solution packages to specific market needs
  • In accordance with the Country Manager develop “lead generating” marketing plans
  • Develop the Technogym brand
  • Coordinate and develop segment sales network in terms of market coverage , productivity, sales force skills and competences in line with segment requirements
  • Implement and daily execute  GSN processes and methodology
  • Provide timely, reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management to Country Manager and HQs.
  • Guarantee best use of CRM to have clean and update market data and improve sales force productivity
  • Lead the sales team by maximizing performance,  people development and engagement according to HR policies & values
  • Guarantees continuous and proactive feedback from the market
  • Guarantees implementation of Technogym cultural model through company policies and procedures implementation and localization, compliant to Corporate Governance

  • English
  • Organisation and company procedures (Technogym Culture, Business Model, GSN, GTD, GSP.)
  • Project management (methodologies and tools)
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques
  • Defining and managing a Business Plan
  • Managing profit & loss and cash flow
  • Business partnership knowledge (and expertise)
  • Key account planning expertise
  • Written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills
  • Negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge of CRM management
  • Sales network management and organisation
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (B2B)
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques
  • Long-term customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge and management of business contracts
  • Sales operations (field sales and inside sales): scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management
  • Knowledge of segment (Club, H&R, HC&P) features, trends & systems
  • Knowledge of TG products
  • Knowledge and management of financial solutions
  • Management of service contract terms and conditions
  • Market analysis skills (trends, product penetration, competitors, geographical mapping etc.)
  • Knowledge of the consumer market
  • Development and implementation of segment solutions
  • Knowledge of the My Wellness Cloud and TG Ecosystem technical solutions
  • Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
  • Knowledge of fitness, performance, health and product use
