Your tasks
You will provide administrative sales support to the Regional Sales Efficiency & Development director. Your position will give you the chance to gain valuable professional experience in a complex, global logistics operation. You will be trained to use our CRM system ( as well as gaining an understanding of our sales processes to ensure the highest level of data quality and compliance. The internship will entail more than training, however. You will also be responsible for compiling analysis reports and preparing presentations on data quality, sales performance and customer experience management. You will also coordinate our customer experience management program at a regional level and will manage a survey follow-up.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree; fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using all systems and software
  • Critical thinker and quick to learn; independent and able to take the lead in assigned tasks
  • Good understanding of process compliance and eager to contribute to potential process optimization.
