IHRE AUFGABEN

The Global Sales Infrastructure (GSI) team is responsible for the Process standards and System landscape in Sales globally.

  • As part of the GSI team you work at the interface between Sales and IT department and have to coordinate local requirements of our affiliates globally with the template processes and systems:
  • Constant Improvement: Highlight & implement optimizations of existing Sales Standards and business processes based on new requirements of affiliates and/or corporate
  • Optimize existing template IT solutions in the Sales area in projects as well as in the day to day change request process:
    • Trade Term and Condition Management (Phoenix / TTC MS),
    • Key account Planning (KAP)
    • Reporting & Analytics (KAP / B.Sales / DMS and special sales analytics)
  • Support the global Business Implementation / Roll Out of defined Sales Standards in affiliate organizations, e.g. Key Account Planning, Trade Terms & Condition management and the representation in the respective IT systems
  • Prepare and conduct Classroom, Online- and on-the-job trainings for Key users
  • Drive the key user community and support the regional and local key users (and users)
  • Manage the interfaces to other parts of the organization like Revenue Growth Management, IT, supply chain and sales controlling

IHR PROFIL

  • University Degree
  • Several years of relevant job experience in Sales / Sales Controlling and/or Supply Chain with an interface to IT
  • High affinity to Key Account / Sales / Promotion Management with strong analytical skills and IT orientation
  • Self-confident personality with excellent communication and collaboration skills within a global matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to identify the connections between Business & IT, to abstract them and to transfer these insights to new projects.
  • IT knowledge, esp. SAP SD, CO, BI, Power BI, Excel, Databases
  • English fluent, other languages beneficial
